Dogs and weather changes; they feel it too.
Weather changes
Fall is on its way. And with it, the tempestuous weather of the changing season. Being prepared can be a challenge with cool mornings, warm afternoons, and chilly nights. Your dog feels the changes too, especially if they're small or smooth-coated.
But it was supposed to be warm!
If you're like me, you check the weather reports, hoping to get a handle on what to expect. However, since the forecasters are just as likely to be wrong as they are right, it's not hard to be caught off guard. Those storms can be unpredictable. Likewise, dressing for a storm that doesn't come can leave you feeling uncomfortably hot.
Some dogs are naturally prepared for most weather. But if you have a dog that overheats or gets cold quickly, you need to be prepared for weather changes. Layering can be the answer.
Be ready for any weather
When you or your dog dress in layers, you can take off a layer when it warms up or put on a layer when it gets cooler. Lightweight pajamas can be layered under a warm ultra fleece coat first thing in the morning when it's kind of cool. A warm coat can be handy if that unexpected storm rolls in. If your dog's extra cold, all three can be used. Likewise, your dog can go naked on unseasonably warm afternoons.
No matter what the weather, with layers, you'll have what your dog needs to be comfortable. Made by De has all of these options available and will work with you to get the perfect combination for your dog. Don't forget to sign up for the Insider Group while you're on my website.
